By accessing or using the MuseVest platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
MuseVest LLC provides financial planning technology and services designed for creators with platform-based income. Our services include:
- AI-powered income volatility analysis
- Tier-based financial planning recommendations
- Runway, tax buffer, and liquidity planning tools
- Behavioral monitoring and intervention systems
- Portfolio recommendations (through our RIA partners)
3. Investment Advisory Disclosure
MuseVest LLC is a financial planning technology platform. Investment advisory services are provided by MuseVest Advisory LLC, an Independent RIA operating within Gradient Advisors, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Investments are held at Orion Solutions, a registered custodian. MuseVest does not custody client assets.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of MuseVest, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not misrepresent your identity or financial situation
- Promptly update information when it changes
5. Fees and Payment
Our current pricing includes a one-time $6,000 comprehensive financial plan fee and an ongoing $750/month (or $8,100/year) advisory fee. Fees are subject to change with notice. The one-time plan fee is non-refundable after delivery. Monthly advisory fees are cancellable anytime.
6. Limitation of Liability
MuseVest provides planning tools and recommendations but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Investment involves risk, including potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our recommendations are based on information you provide and may not account for all relevant factors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the MuseVest platform, including our AI Risk Engine, tier assignment methodology, and planning frameworks, are owned by MuseVest LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
